Customer Testimonials

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. They are liars, scammers, and have zero integrity. We bought a used vehicle from this joke of a dealership, and the second we drove off the lot, the truth started showing. The car had: • A broken daytime headlight • A broken door handle • A faulty tire pressure sensor • A service light for an oil change • A service alert for the suspension system NONE of this was disclosed. Not one word. When we called them out on it, they told us, “Don’t worry, it’s all covered. We’ll take care of everything—it’ll ...

Great customer service by Kelli Carson and my truck was completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend Edward's Village Pointe!

I purchased my used truck Oct 1, 2024 and I am still loving it. Amanda and Kenny came through on all the promises and they were prompt to follow up. I really appreciate the great service!

Thank you Mike and all the rest of the people who made this purchase come true! After a ton of confusion they delivered my new vehicle to my door and I live 6 hours away! This is going so way above their duties as a dealership. I totally recommend Edwards to anyone looking for the BIG extras in a dealership! Try them out, you won’t regret it! Thanks again! I love my new vehicle!

This dealership sold us a vehicle with so many hidden problems, pressured us, was extremely rude and insulting. At one point we backed out but they did just enough to convince us to go through with the deal. I sincerely regret it and do NOT recommend this dealer. Run far away!!

Been emailing back and forth with them . Found a power wagon out of state with $20000 off making it $61000 . Told these guys do $16000 off a $78000 msrp and we can deal . The salesman said management agreed to it . Than sent me a message stating the msrp was $84000 msrp when can we make the deal . lol Don’t know if management was being crooked or this kid tried something . But do know I would steer clear of this dealership. Salesman was Jayson Rewolinski .

I would give zero stars if I could. I had heard horror stories about this dealer. We didn't purchase with them but became stuck with them when they bought Baxter. We have had nothing but issues and will never recommend this dealer or a Wagoneer to anyone. We have 30+ service tickets, all stemming back to technology issues that no one will take responsibility for. But we're just stuck with it? Yep. Never spending a dime with Jeep or Edward's. EVER. Save yourself and your wallet and go somewhere else.

I want to say thank you to Laurie Amato for helping me find the best deal and vehicle for me! It's been just over a year on my lease and I am still so happy with my Jeep Renegade! And anytime I had service needs and questions everyone was perfectly helpful and gave me top service! I am very impressed with everyone there and my awesome Jeep Renegade!

I had to have warranty work done on my 2023 Pacifica Hybrid and the work that was done was fine and they took care of a couple of recalls as well. The problem was communication was not very good. My son-in-law had to take me to pick my car up in the middle of a snow storm and just before finally arriving at the service department they told me it wasn’t done. We were not pleased that we had driven all the way there to find it wasn’t ready. They did agree to bring it to me the next ...

My husband and I have prepaid oil changes and tire rotations, so I took my car in Saturday morning 12/30/23 for service to be done. Warren, the service writer, let my husband know that they close at 1pm but he would leave the keys at the receptionist desk because I couldn't pick it up before then. When I came into the office about 3:30pm, the receptionist was extremely unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. I told her I was in to pick up my keys and she was just very blunt and persistent about how much she couldn't ...

Bought an oil change package for 3 oil changes and tire rotations . I change every 5000 miles . Looking at upgrading to a new power wagon . But the finance department said package is non transferable and not refundable . So for $130 they are choosing not to sell me a new truck . A simple transfer or refund and they could have sold me the power wagon . So I will look at woodhouse who I will tell about this and bet they throw in a couple oil changes . lol bad decisions by management

beware of this dealer. Went in looking to trade in my leased ram 1500 (2020) and lease another 1500 ram (2024) similar to the one I owned. gave them all the info vin no. on the 2020 and they said they had one that was a little more loaded than the 2020. they saw my payment for the 2020 lease, and I said to the two salesmen that were helping me that I could up about 50 0r 60 dollars a month (my payment is 360 per month) with a higher down payment than I paid for the 2020. they preceded to waste my time for about an hour and a ...

sales and finance lie to customers stay away!!! agree to a price then run credit and back out of price even through credit was high enough to receive rebates!!!

Baxter wanted $8,400 to fix my Ford. Lee Sapp ford fixed it for $500.00

Several years ago I purchased a used pickup from Baxter in Omaha. After a lengthy sales process where I was pressured to buy an extended protection plan, I reluctantly agreed. Now, several years later I finally have use of the plan to replace the windshield in this vehicle. This was something that was specifically marketed to me at the time of purchase. The dealership now maintains that the plan only covers chips that can be repaired. If you like high pressure sales and being lied to this is definitely the dealership for you!

I have dealt with baxter dodge for years than I care to remember. Iam one of those that want to be safe. Being a life long Nebraska person I trusted Bacter with my Dodge Ram 3500. I would now never have trust in them again. I went in to have my air conditioner check which they had done over $1000 on and being gone for 9 months doing volunteer work felt it should be covered. Wrong they charge me $139 diagnosis fee and a repair estimate of over $740. Said it was a slow leak in front of what they did last year. Said no ...

The service center is also VERY poor and lose your vehicle and tell you they may need to call it in stolen. I bought from them, so I serviced there, and it was very close to home and work. I gave them several chances, and they only continued to make errors; the next time I had to have it serviced, they misplaced the key and couldn't find it. After searching for 30 minutes, they found it in an employee's pocket hat it shouldn't have even been in. I also had a loaner car from them while the vehicle ...

Help was there when needed and were quick to reply to any questions I had and brought up new options for me some worked and some didn’t but I had a good experience

Worst expert I’ve ever been through buying a vehicle. First off car was listed online at a much lower price then what I got it for, horrible customer service, and very hard to contact anyone one the deal is sealed it’s hard to get through to anyone constantly getting voicemails, and no call back, sold me a certified vehicle that need and oil change, key fob battery was dead, blinker went out within weeks of my purchase and the. Almost 4,000 dollar warranty I bought is useless. All in all I won’t refer anyone nor will I ever ...

I bought a Durango today. Cedric Anderson made the process so easy. I will definitely buy another car from Cedric. AGAIN THANK YOU CEDRIC ANDERSON

Came in to look at a Jeep Patriot and Matthew Nerz was amazing to work with. He was honest and clear with the whole process. The financing part was amazing as well, I was told all the options and didn’t feel badgered at all like at some dealerships. I cannot remember the financing lady’s name but she did an outstanding job getting me the best deal. Received a great interest rate, payment and vehicle. Definitely would give 10 stars

If I could give a zero for a review I would customer service was TERRIBLE!! I didn't receive an authentic diagnosis of my vehicles issues which I had just purchased. Paid in FULL, so I guess since I didn't finance it doesn't mean s***. I am still having the same issue, fluids were never topped off and I asked 3x's. I also have 50 unexplained miles that I did not put on it whilst they were testing it out smh. Never going back. Don't do business with them!!!

I got my truck serviced and tires rotated. The tech didn’t install the hub caps on correctly. All where lost within 4 miles. Went back to the dealership and got the run around. GM told me he didn’t have to replace them. His comment was “how do I know they weren’t stolen?” Really? I will never use this dealership again. Sad how customer service is these days. By the way now I have to purchase $210 for new ones.

Excellent service and great experience at Baxter on dodge with our salesman Ken Johnson. He did everything he could for us and gave us a great deal on my daughters first car

Awesome service! I would recommend everyone I know to shop in Baxter Chrysler /jeep. He was very thorough, and attentive to my questions. Great personality.

Ken Johnson is hands down the best dealer I have worked with. He helped me find the exact car I was looking for! Made the process easy and actually enjoyable!! I will be going back to him when I get my second car!!

The dealership was nice, clean, friendly, but our salesperson, Ken Johnson, was the star of the show. My wife and I didn't know exactly what we were looking for, something new. Ken took a huge amount of his time to patiently show us every option that we could get from different versions of the same car. It was our first new car and the next one we buy will be from Baxter and Ken Johnson.

The dealership was clean and the person at the front desk was friendly. Ken Johnson was personable and able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner.

Went in late at night and was supposed to see the used car salesman about a car we saw online Instead Kenny Johnson, a new car salesman, helped us. We discovered mechanical issues with the vehicle when we picked up the car but Mr. Johnson did a great job in working with us and relaying our concerns to management. I'm sure the commission he made off this used car was nothing like what he makes on new cars but he never let it show.

We traded our Ram into lower our payment at 0% Our sales tax form states we owe when we register. Upon trying to register our new vehicle the DMV stated we owed WAY more than what were told. The guy who did our final paperwork Noah Seaman stated that what we would get back for our old plates and the sales tax that we showed on the forms we would be fine and that not much would be owed, and they did cut us a check for 500 because that was part of the deal. Of course because of the virus we ...

They have the worst customer service. I had made an appointment to have them pick up my car for a recall for Monday. They call me Saturday morning they were not doing it anymore and I asked for a car a could use and she told me they don’t do that for a recall. The entire conversation Brenda was talking over me when I was talking. This location needs to go through some customer service classes. I will never go back to them again. This is the second time I encountered a rude person from that location

Worked on a 2008 superbee which they had $2500 over book. offered$12000 cash . came back $15000 took $1000 off . said no. week later i said id go $12500 if they replace the steering wheel emblem. it looks bad. no one wants to look at that when they drive. said we cant do that. we will come down to $14500. lowest we can go cant go lower. they bought it at auction under $11000. but you do have to pay help. so $12000 should be fair. Was told after a couple weeks they were not worried it would sell when weather was nice its a sports car. Asked someone ...

I will never go anywhere else, Eric Collins was amazing to work with. His approach was professional and efficient, his communication was personable, thorough, but relaxed. I couldn't be happier.

When I went Baxter it was early Oct. Here i am with car 2nd set intransits Nov16th still didnt get Banks approval no call from Baxter bank let me know. I called 2 days ago found out How about finishing deal before you work on other deals very dissapointed with purchase and very unprofessional

Alan Arthur was our used car salesmen and he did a wonderful job helping us through the process. He even had the vehicle pulled out and cleaned for us before we arrived to look at it. Five stars for Mr. Arthur

I really regret going here. I get anxiety just thinking about walking through their doors. I purchased my first brand new vehicle from this place a few months ago. Unfortunately there’s rust on the exhaust, and the bumper was crooked. trying to get them to repair it has been a complete nightmare. I’ve gotten eye rolls, rick hung up on me after being extremely rude, they’re very disorganized and nobody knows what’s going on. Michelle was annoyed and aggravated on the phone and didn’t follow up like she said. Then after a few months of ...

I just had the best experience with Baxter in Omaha. The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and bent over backwards to make a deal. Eric Collins was my salesman and did an awesome job and I felt he couldn’t have done more. If your looking for someone to really dig in and get you the deal you need,I highly recommend Eric!

I recently had what could have been a nightmare turned into a positive experience by my friends at Baxter Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Omaha. I purchased a new used truck and was very happy with the customer service. Unfortunately, an error in processing my trade-in paperwork snowballed into a potential mess on both our ends. They never let it get there. Instead, from the top down Baxter worked with me to fix the issue. I was even more impressed than I originally was with their dedication to customer service. They clearly took a loss on me but they did it ...

I just have the worst experience ever trying to buy a nissan murano from baxter and yes i was gonna pay cash guess what they sell it to someone else after i sign all the paper work unbelievable honestly the most unprofessional and poor ethic company i ever deal with so make ur self a favor and dont waste your time with this clowns

Less than 2 weeks ago we bought a truck from Baxter. This week we got a flat tire, went to go buy a new one. Turns out the tires were too small for the truck. We have called to see if there was any way they would make this right and have yet to receive a call back. This place is full of dishonest salesmen who do not care about the product they are selling or the customers they are selling to. They have lost us as customers forever. We will also be sharing our experience with our friends and family ...

Was there on Saturday to purchase a new vehicle. I primarily dealt with Eric Collins - the Internet Sales Manager. Prior to even stopping into the dealership he and I were able to focus in on the type of vehicle, price range and agreed upon financing structure. Eric was very knowledgeable and had a real appreciation for my time, he made the whole process that much easier. Also I might add the F&I associates were very very good. Overall great experience, I will be back again.

I came in on 02-28-19 browsing for high end Jeep lease deals. I went in looking for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. My sales guy said high end jeeps don’t have appealing lease deals, but told me I could get a better deal out of the. Grand Cherokee Laredo. I gave my desired payment amount and max amount for my down payment and they came back with numbers within $50 of where I wanted my monthly payment. Since it was well after 11 PM, I came in the next day, March 1, to complete my paperwork. New lease deals were not yet ...

I bought a new truck, traded in a lease, rolled over 4000.00, put 5000.00 down. Sale went pretty smooth. I got the extended warranty, and a few extras. I had the truck for 3 days and things were changing at my workplace which would have made it tough to make the payment. I talked with the finance guy first who said it would be tough to take back the truck and get me into something more affordable. I said I would settle for giving back the new truck for something pre-owned and certified,, he said it was possible and he would get on ...

I’ve been looking for a new vehicle for awhile. Christian Walter helped me when I wanted to look at a used (more like new) vehicle. He was very responsive, answered all my questions, friendly and helped make my purchase easy. I would definitely recommend Christian and Baxter Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Omaha!

Simple oil change, bacter sells fords, chevy , dodge and promote have your vehicle serviced at any of our dealers. Bought my ford new from them had issues having my son take it in for caliper hanging up they told him nothing was wrong slight steering wobble normal. I take it in ask them to explaine they fixed everything. Took it in for service another time argue im rotating my tires to much then afterbrotating dont take time to flash sensors so tires are in correct spot. Just had our sebring serviced told them check antifreez got the “ sir we do ...

I have had 3 bad experiences with this dealership over the years. I won’t waste my time ever again. 1. Spoke with salesperson giving him the type of vehicle I was looking for which included 4x4 or AWD. I was not in a rush but casually looking. About a week later they called me with good news. We made the drive out to Baxter & they could not find the car saying it was sold. They wasted my time and wanted to show me something else that did NOT meet my request because it was FWD!. 2. Spoke to a salesperson over ...

My wife and I were looking to buy a new truck and wanted to give Ram the first opportunity. I can say I was extremely disappointed when we walked the lot and then the showroom floor this evening and was never helped or even greeted by the sales staff. I guess Woodhouse will start to get our business. Unfortunate because we have bought and leased multiple vehicles from Baxter. I guess the customer is not the top concern for Baxter.

Worst dealer I have ever felt with purchased a car from was not satisfied went back asked for a trade they said sure how does a car loose 5 grand in value in 6 days and on top of that they wanted 3k more down payment what a joke of a dealer don’t buy there anyone be smart

It just so happened the in the last week my sisters car blew up, she is a single mother of 3 and didnt have the funds, noah called me to say he has a recent trade. He brought the car down to my business for me to see it and test drive, i gave home the money he did everything for me at dealership so i didnt have to leave my business. He went above and beyond! Thank you noah!!! My sister loves the car!!

Made an appointment to have a Dodge Stratus looked at on a Wednesday at 9 am. Got call at about 5 pm saying they wouldn't be able to get to it until thursday. No big deal. Thursday at 5pm haven;t heard anything so I decide to call them. Says can't get to it until Friday morning. I made an appointment because I had weekend travel plans and figured (with an appointment) it would have been done being looked at by at least the weekend. They weren't even repairing anything, just diagnosing problem. Took them three days, so I ...

We bought our third car from this dealership about four months ago. Our salesman was Carl and we had a great experience. I waited a bit to write a review to see how the after purchase experience panned our. Carl is the only salesman who actually followed up with me a couple times after the purchase to make sure everything was still good with the car. Our service experience has been great. Mike is our service rep and has always gone out of his way to provide loaner cars when needed and the extra mike to make sure everything is ...

I called about 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan with 5200 miles they had advertised. They had it all ready to go when I got there. Warmed up and in the garage. We looked it over with the salesman and then out for the drive as they looked over our trade. We made the deal with the sales manager and salesman, shook hands and filled out the stuff for our financing. All good. Then bam, SORRY if you want that used van it will be $2000 more. That one looks the same as the otherone and it also has 5200 miles but its $2000 more. "You ...

I bought a truck with tint on it and befor i got a chance the salesman put the intransit on the back window so when i started to take it off the tint came off called baxter and the used car manager rick told me they would peel it off for free. Then i decided to go to the store itself and show them the problem andd they said they would fix it. I took it in for the appointment and when they finished i found all sorts of problems with it theres bubbles every where and its the wrong ...

On June 20th 2017 I bought a 2013 nissian rogue. I was so excited thought got a great deal then the next day was driving heard a loud squeal sound let dealership know then took me nearly a week to get looked at. Took it in found out they overlooked that it had bad alternator. So they fixed it no charge but it took them 12 days to get this done never once was I called updated I had to call them. So they worked with me so I could get new car. Found a nice jeep that took some where to get ...

Jose Toleda is a great salesman to work with. He was very pleasant and friendly. He helped us find the perfect car. I will work with him on the future.

Back in July I tried to trade my 15 ram 1500 for a 16 charger r/t I had the car for a month went to get plates the day I was going to get plates I get a call back from chad stating my loan wasn't approved, I brought the car back and tried working with Cedric to find something different Cedric then pushed me off to eric collins, eric didn't help out what so ever, I then was pushed if from him to another sales man to find out that sales person could help out either in another words ...

I found a vehicle I was interested in on their website the price was 19,930. i took the 50 minute drive to baxter sat down with them and they would not honor their online price. the price went from 19,930 to 24,650. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this dealership. complete waste of my day! although the I do have to add that my sales guy showing me the vehicle was great!

We have been purchasing and leasing vehicles from Baxter Chrysler Jeep in Omaha for years. The service department has been very good over the years, however in recent years we have experienced some issues related to the sales and finance departments which have been resolved, but should never have been an issue if managed correctly. The most recent experience has been the worst of all and could if not resolved today will affect our credit score, not Baxter's, because of slow turnaround time by the Baxter finance dept. to Chrysler Capital and no response to my calls. After a ...

I won't be telling my friends about this dealership. Chad in Finance is a joke. He says he will do one thing and does just the opposite. Terrible person to deal with.

Excellent costumer service. I'm new at the whole brand new car thing and Alex was absolutely amazing at explaining things step by step! Will definitely be taking my car back for its services.

I purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee - High Altitude model at Baxter. They failed multiple times through the process. First off they punched the title in someone other than my name. When contacting them to get the title information they said whoops we messed up. You now have a used car. To keep the car I could choose $1500 or go back and they could order the car as a new one for me. To make things easy on them I chose the $1500 - far less than what they would have to sell it for as now it is a used ...

Randy has always given us great service when bringing in our cars. We recently needed non-warranty service on one of our jeeps. Time and cost are always top priority when bringing in our cars. The service department definitely decides where to buy our next car. Bill helped us out when we were in a bind. Our jeep's battery died after work and he had it fixed in no time and made sure we were taken care of that day. Thanks to both of you!

We asked for a small suv with 3 rows of seats. We were shown a car that was so bad it was discontinued after 3 years. Then shown a jeep with 2 rows of seats. He didnt even suggest the dodge journey which had what i asked for. I needed a vehicle fast so agreed to the jeep which was nice but no 3td roe seats. Sticker price was 28k but got charged 31k? Couldn't get the kid to say total price. After 3 hours of waiting and a very crabby kid we got to go into financing. She had us sign so ...

Have never felt so uncomfortable shopping for anything. The pressure the employees put on the customer to buy a car was extremely disappointing. Will not be back.

2013 Mazda CX-9 Love the vehicle Buying process as to be expected The group does what it takes to ensure satisfaction and happiness Follow up can be a slow process, but given time they make sure it happens

Bill Jenkins, our sales guy made our deal fun and informative. He was assisted by his partner, Jeff, who also was very knowledgeable about our Jeep Cherokee. The two of them made it a very nice experience and when we are in need of another vehicle, we'll return to Baxter. Scott and Samantha were also part of the experience and were very helpful and knowledgeable about their product. Thank you. Michael OKeefe

Our experience with Baxter in general has been more than a headache. We bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler in April of 2015. In November (a short 7 months later) we were experiencing transmission issues. We took it into the La Vista location and explained to them the issues. They had it for a couple weeks and said that in fact the transmission had some issues and claimed they fixed it. We picked it up and not even a week later it was back in for the same issue. This time, they held onto it for about a month and claimed they couldn't ...

I recently dealt with this dealership on a trade for a used vehicle. However when I left they did not give me my vehicle registration back. When I called them they told me that it was in a folder, with a sales manager who was busy, and to come back for it. I returned to the dealership only to wait for 30 minutes and then have them tell me they could not find it. The sales manager assured me that they would have a new one printed for me and deliver it to me. The next business day they called me ...

We worked with Jean in sales. He was extremely friendly, compassionate, empathetic and funny. He understood our price limit and was not pushy. He listened to what our needs were and found the perfect van for us. We recommend you give Jean a call for your next vehicle purchase!! He'll take great care of you!!

Great experience and extremely helpful. They provided excellence service while giving me the upmost deal possible. I would recommend it to anyone. I dealt with Eric Collins, he was knowledgable of all the vehicles and assisted with the deals in all ways possible.

I was in and out in no time. They gave me a fair trade in value on my truck. And they gave me a good interest rate on my purchase. Brian Whitney (my car salesman) did a great job getting me what I asked for in a truck at a great price.

Purchased a used Lexus from Baxter. Paid cash. This is the third and last car I will ever buy. Many things were wrong with the vehicle when we purchased it. They tried to get me to sign papers without even looking at the car because they failed to tell me all the things wrong with it. It had a broken windshield , traction control issues, broken key fob and many other things. As a dealership they should be assisting me in getting these items fixed at no cost. Will never buy from again!!!!

We were coming to the end of our lease with Honda and saw the great lease deals on jeeps and Chrysler 300. Our salesman was Noah Seaman at the Baxter Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge dealership at 180th & W. Dodge Omaha, NE. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and overall just a great guy to work with on our car deal. We ended up leasing two vehicles, 2016 Chrysler 300 S awd and 2016 Jeep Cherokee 4x4 and excited with both as we head into retirement a couple of months from now. We plan to do some traveling in either vehicle since both have awd and won'...

I worked with Cedric Anderson at Baxter and he was the most awesome salesperson I have ever dealt with. The entire process was no hassle and no pressure which is unheard of at previous dealerships I have dealt with. I told Cedric the vehicle I was looking for, the specifications I wanted to have, and the price I would pay and he really went to bat for us to make it happen and find the vehicle that suited our needs. I later stopped and was discussing a feature of the vehicle and mentioned the tire pressure on the car after ...

I cannot express enough my disappointment with this dealership. I purchased a used Ram 1500 in July of 2015. We have received nothing but poor service and shady dealings. There have been many issues with the vehicle purchase, and I think we finally have it sorted out about 3 months later. The dealership tried to overcharge us on the purchase by over $500. Had I not carefully reviewed all of the paperwork, it would have gone unnoticed. Once I found the problem, I called the dealership and was largely ignored. After being on the phone with multiple people for almost an hour all telling ...

I came in to have my 2005 liberty serviced as i have many times. I was waiting for it to be done and Robert came up to me. He was very professional and got to know me and cared about my interested. He then showed me some new jeeps and i purchased a new 2016 jeep Cherokee. He informed me he was new at this and i can tell you didnt seem like it at all! Very professional, and cared about my needs. Thank you for a great experience Robert!

Scott went above and beyond my expectations. He made my wife and I completely comfortable with our purchase. I have a hard time buying a vehicle as is but this was our first and last stop for my new truck. Highly suggested Scott and Baxter!

I had so many headaches with Baxter and nearly 2 months after buying my car I'm steal dealing with their poor service. The titling department had the wrong VIN number on my paperwork and seemed to not think this was a problem and that I should register my car anyway - yes, they wanted me to register the WRONG vehicle. Baxter told me they would fax the correct paperwork to the DMV and after 3 trips and waiting in long lines at the DMV, they finally put the correct VIN on my papers. They also had the wrong VIN on my ...

We had never been to Baxter before and went there to look at a used minivan we had seen on the internet. We were met by Eric Collins and he was very friendly and genuine, not the stereotypical used car salesman. He showed us some vehicles and one caught our eye and he worked with us to get what we considered a fair price for the vehicle. Everyone in the dealership treated us nicely and with respect. We would recommend Baxter Chrysler and Eric Collins to anyone looking for a vehicle.

The service I received at this dealership was outstanding. The sales consultant Gene Bell actually took the time to really listen to the wants and needs of a new vehicle and staying within a very reasonable price range that I can afford comfortably. I love my new car and the service I received definitely looking forward to doing business there in the future.

Tyler wright is the only positive in a dealership full of arrogant salesmen. The gm is rude and they slowly run up the price of the vehicle the further the process goes. Would not recommend the"popsicle stand of a dealership"to my worst enemy.

I purchased a used 2002 Toyota Tacoma from this dealer and they covered up serious damage to the truck frame. They undercoated the vehicle with a thick tar like substance, which covered up the extreme rust damage to the frame of the vehicle. Then they somehow got my scathing review scrubbed from this web site. So after driving the truck from Omaha, NE to Colorado, I concluded that the truck needed new shocks (not unexpected because of age of vehicle). So I purchased said shocks, and as I was installing the new shocks, I discovered an area of the frame which ...

AJ was very helpful upfront an honest! We enjoyed doing business with him an Baxter we recommend anyone looking for a knowledgeable sales associate! We will be back for sure an appreciate all the help from everyone

I will never set foot inside of this dealership again. It is sad that the other performance dealerships in the Omaha Area will be bearing the "Baxter" name in the near future. My wife was involved in a car accident and the following week we walked into this dealership after being referred here by a co-worker. From the moment we got there it was horrible. We waited to be met by a salesperson. Once with one salesman, we were rotated between about 3 other salesman. We had our 9 month old daughter with us and they continued to put us ...

The best car sales person in Omaha is Cedric Anderson at Baxter. He helped us look at cars and we got the deal we wanted. We were able to find a town and country van really that we really liked. We highly recommend Cedric and the service department at Baxter

I purchased a used car from Baxter recently. The staff was friendly and not hard to deal with. I wanted to stick within a certain price range and get a certain price for my trade in. They managed to keep me within my price range. However, the did this by extending my loan so they could give me less on my trade in, $9000 less then kbb recommends. I didn't realize this so all in all its my fault. I just wish the staff would have explained this better prior to my final signature. Cause I surely would have walked.

Sales people are good, nice and friendly. If you do go steer clear of Stacy in financing. She's a bully and is impatient. She does not put your needs first and seems to only care about her interests.

I've dealt with a number of car dealerships over the past 10 years or so. Most of the time they are way to pushy and in your face. I was greeted by Kendal. He was very pleasant and let me lead the conversation. Which is how it should go. they were speedy with the paper work I needed to complete to get my car and by the time I was done my vehicle was detailed and ready. The only complaint I have is with the finance department. The gentleman that I had to deal with was not too bright and ...

On 12-20-14 I went in for oil change. On my previous vehicle. Then I went looking for " LD!" He answer all my questions and gave me a sales person name Dave Wennekmap. I was happy with my results. I spoke with Stacy Glynn with the under coat/ interior and that was great experience and very detailed!

Because I was looking for a very specific used Jeep Grand Cherokee with the altitude package I was forced to look in a larger area than the St. Louis area in which I live. I found the jeep I wanted and it happened to be on baxters lot. When I called I got a salesman named Cedric Anderson who did a great job helping me buy a vehicle from a different state. Cedric sent multiple photos and videos to give me a more complete view of the jeep. I ended up buying the jeep and when it arrived in STL ...

We needed to replace our Jeep Patriot that was destroyed in an accident. Worked with Kurston Dowd and he helped me find another Patriot. He did a fine job and as it turned out, this was his first sale and I was proud to cut off his tie!

Enjoyed the experience and my salesman did an awesome job of finding me the right vehicle for the right price! The whole process was smooth and comfortable! Thank you Baxter!

It's been a while since I've bought a car from a car dealer other then Woodhouse---but Baxter changed that this weekend. It's not that I couldn't have gotten as good or a better price from Woodhouse if I would have wanted---but Angel worked hard to find us the right Jeep on our timeline---that's what made this deal work. Angel was determined from the time we walked in the front door to find us our Jeep and make us happy---I was impressed! Thank You!

My husband and I just purchased a new car from Baxter and we had the best experience with the staff. This is the 3rd Car we have leased from Baxter and we will continue to go there in the future. Loyal was our sales guy and he was fantastic, he did everything he could to make the process as easy as possible. Thank you so much to all who helped with our process.

Just traded my jeep to get another car at another dealership. The OTHER dealership let us know that my Jeep I had bought from Baxter had been in 2 car accidents! When we originally purchased this vehicle we asked if the Jeep had been in any from the Baxter sales person and they lied and said NO! So shady of Baxter to have lied to us! Do not go there!

Buying a car here at Baxter Jeep was the worst experience of my life. Listed price was actually good and I had been looking for quite a while for the specific vehicle I wanted. The sales person was extremely pushy and rude. I should have walked out then, but again, they had the vehicle I was looking for. I went for a test drive and the sales person promised a broken item would be fixed. I agreed on a price and spoke to finance. Finance person lied directly to my face when I asked a specific question about payments. Of ...

After a deal was made and I went to the dealer to sign papers I was told that Chrysler Financial would only give me a loan if I had the extended warranty and service plan added to the loan. I agreed because I needed a new car and if that's what it took I was willing to pay a little extra. I found out later that Chrysler does not require extended warranties or service plans to extend credit! I immediately canceled both over the phone and over a month later they still haven't issued a check for the ...

Truck was advertised as new with 12 miles. Since the dealer is in Omaha and I am in Michigan, I made a deal over the phone and gave a deposit to hold the truck until I could come get it. I took a day off work to fly down to pick up the truck and drive it back. Upon signing the paperwork, I noticed the mileage was 2,300 miles. The dealership couldn't tell me how the miles go on it. To me, this is not a brand new vehicle. I was very upset but had already flown down there and had ...

Pending further review/updates, will post final review after vehicle condition/ repair status is determined and resolved. Dealer is very slow to respond so far however.

Sorely disappointed. What turned out to be the most pleasant buying experience ever, became the worst. Our salesman, Nathan was great. He was pleasant and courteous. The dealership itself is top notch and classy. Then came time to sign the papers. We explained to the finance manager that we didn't want any extended warranties because we just had a bad experience with Honda and their extended warranty service, which is why we decided to go away from Honda. The finance manager was quick to have us sign the papers, and explained the terms of the gap insurance, which is ...
